Refund Policy

Digital Marketing Services

Due to the custom nature of our digital marketing services:

  • Retainer-based services are billed monthly and are non-refundable
  • Project-based services may be eligible for partial refund if cancellation occurs before project commencement
  • No refunds are provided for work already performed
  • Service cancellations require 30 days written notice

Physical Products

For any physical products sold through our website:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt

Digital Products

For downloadable digital products:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Technical issues will be addressed before considering refunds

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Completed within 7-10 business days
  • Subject to any third-party processing fees
